Dans le cadre de son entraînement militaire, Lénaïck pratique plusieurs arts martiaux dont les principaux sont la savate et le judo. Si le premier est apparu au XIXe siècle dans la tradition de l'escrime française, le second à été introduit bien plus tard en occident. Le judo est fondé au Japon en 1882 par Jigoro Kano et arrive en France dans les années vingt par le truchement de quelques passionnés. L’institution de Lénaïck, toujours à la pointe en matière de défense, l’adoptera très vite. Mais il faudra attendre octobre 1935 pour que le premier maître Japonais Mikinosuke Kawaishi enseigne en France.

Lénaïck n’est pas très douée en arts martiaux, sa poitrine gênant la plupart de ses mouvements et offrant à ses adversaires une importante zone vulnérable. Son équilibre est aussi affecté mais Lénaïck conserve toujours sa grande souplesse. En effet jusqu’à l’age de 11 ans elle a fait de la danse classique à haut niveau. Elle dût arrêter à cause de ses seins qui commençaient à être trop imposants.

Lénaïck is not very bright in martial arts, her breast hampering most of her movements and offering to her opponents an important vulnerable zone. Her balance is also affected but Lénaïck always keeps her flexibility. Indeed up to the age of 11 years she had practice Ballet on a high level. She stopped because of her breasts which began to be too impressive.
